Our Business Centre
Fully serviced office accommodation in a renovated, old Methodist Chapel in Maltby. Offices are fully furnished, wholly maintained and have access to business broadband, telephones and voicemail. 24 hrs access and 24hr security. There are absolutely no hidden extra’s, rates, insurance, maintenance and cleaning are all included. The only additions are for consumables – telephone calls. (Offices suitable for 1 to 4 people).

Events Centre
The Events Centre Main Hall is a large space available to all community groups and private individual. Refurbished to a high standard it has a separate access point making it available during the evening or at weekends.
The room has a fully equipped raised stage area with extension facilities making it suitable for a variety of performances from school plays to fashion shows. The sides and rear of the stage have black curtains to provide a blank canvas and the entire room is fitted with blackout blinds. The rear of the room is fitted with fully retractable tiered seating for up to 70 people. The room as a whole can accommodate up to 150 people seated and is fully air conditioned to make sure they can sit comfortably!
A full audio visual and stage lighting system is also available to users in addition to a large retractable projector screen and ceiling fixed projector. It can be used by a broad cross section of users, which include seminars, annual meetings, training events, presentations etc …
Business broad band access is available, along with on site car park.
Lavender Room
We can also offer the “Lavender Conference Room” which is a professional meeting room at affordable rates. Suitable for 16 seated people. This same room can be converted into a small training centre, complete with whiteboard, projector and business broad band access.
